What is the number of vacancies that will create a springboard?

Is it true when someone says that people do not care about the identity of the president, and that they only care about merely having a president? Some people say: yes, vacancy is very serious and that any president is better than having no president at all in order to save Lebanon unpredictable destiny.
However, other people believe that the unpredictable destiny is the president who will emerge from vacancy, colorless, tasteless and odorless. And that his occupation of the presidency chair in Baabda will represent the very vacancy.
Between this saying and that, we are experiencing the final birth pangs before the presidency election session, which might not take place, and will mean that Lebanon will be truly vacant.
However, what kind of vacancy will it be? Will it be a quiet and organized vacancy or a chaotic and violent one?
Answering this question depends on large information of data that must be collected. However, there is an indication saying that the “anarchists” received the message and understood its subject. And that the outside “failure” will reflect serenity on the “inside” men, and save the country “troubles” which can cost the lords and their subordinates a precious price.
What is the number of vacancies that will create a springboard? The question is: much occupancy may also mean much vacancy.
